I just recently begun working at
sea again.

And when at sea your old brain
kick starts it self on again.

At sea you have your working hours.
But in your free time, it´s actually
your free time.

No family problems, no mail,no phone calls,
no traffic, no shopping, the time you get off duty
it´s all for you, and it can be really nice when
you just about had enough of your self ,you
just tell your self to go to bed.

It´s really relieving.
